Trainee Golf Professional (Full-Time)

🎓 What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on trainee position designed to give you a full grounding in the golf industry. You’ll work closely with our experienced PGA Pro team and have the opportunity to begin your PGA training if that’s your goal.

Your day-to-day might include:

  • Supporting junior coaching and group lessons
  • Learning the ropes in the golf shop & with custom fittings
  • Helping with events, promotions, and community outreach
  • Keeping the range tidy and the customer experience 10/10
  • Collecting balls from the range and mowing grassed areas using powered equipment
  • Working alongside our friendly team to grow the game of golf

This is an active, on-your-feet role that involves some physical tasks — nothing extreme, but a reasonable level of strength and stamina will help you succeed and enjoy the work.

Flexible Local Support Role (Casual Hours)

Position: Casual (5–15 hours per week, flexible)

This is a local, flexible opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a great team and help keep things running smoothly. It’s ideal for someone semi-retired, retired, or just looking for something active and meaningful to do.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collecting balls from the driving range using motorised equipment
  • Mowing grass areas and keeping the site looking tidy and professional
  • Tidying, cleaning, and helping maintain the overall facility
  • Helping customers in the golf shop
  • Supporting the team wherever needed

This is a physically active role — you’ll be on your feet, working outdoors in all weathers, and occasionally lifting or moving equipment. You don’t need to be a bodybuilder, but a reasonable level of physical strength and stamina is important to do the job well.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
