To make your Christmas shopping as relaxed and worry-free as possible, we’ve extended our return period for items bought as gifts through to January 18th, 2025. This way, you can shop early and still have peace of mind, knowing that gift exchanges or returns can be made well into the new year.
Your Rights & Our Return Policy
When you buy goods from us, you’re protected by law with the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair, or compensation if the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Standard Returns: Beyond your legal rights, we offer additional flexibility: if you simply change your mind, you’re welcome to return unused goods (with tags and packaging intact) and the original till receipt within 14 days for an exchange or credit note. Please note this does not apply to special or custom orders.
Extended Christmas Returns:
For your convenience, our extended return period for Christmas gifts runs until January 18th, 2025. All returns require a gift receipt or till receipt as proof of purchase.
