Are you ready to outdrive your playing partners in 2026?

Transform your game with speed

Clubhead Speed = Ball Speed = Distance. When your speed ceiling rises, your on-course swing feels easier. You’re no longer maxing out — you’re swinging at 90% and still hitting it past your old best.

Speed creates distance

Increase your clubhead speed and you directly increase ball speed. More ball speed means more carry, shorter approach shots, and more scoring opportunities.

Overspeed training works

Structured speed stick protocols retrain your nervous system to move faster — safely and progressively. You’re not just swinging harder, you’re training for efficient speed.

Power without losing control

Improve force production and sequencing so you create speed from the ground up. Faster swings, better balance, and repeatable power.

What you’ll gain

Increased Clubhead Speed

Unlock more ball speed and effortless distance off the tee.

Ground Force Utilisation

Learn to generate power from the ground up for explosive, stable swings.

Optimised Sequencing

Improve timing and energy transfer for faster, more efficient speed.

Efficient Mechanics

Move better, swing freer, and produce power without added strain.

Measurable Progress

Monitor gains with GCQuad and see the numbers move week to week.

Confidence on the Tee

When you know you’ve got speed in reserve, you swing smoother under pressure.

Perfect for you if…

  • You want to hit shorter clubs into greens (and score better)
  • You like structured training with measurable progress

Not ideal if…

  • You’re looking for a single “quick tip” rather than a 4-week plan

  • You have an injury that currently prevents you swinging comfortably (call us first and we’ll advise)

If you’re unsure, call 01346 510693 and we’ll help you decide.

FAQs

Do I need to be a good golfer to do The Speed Lab?
No. This programme is about building speed safely and efficiently. Golfers of many abilities can benefit, because speed training is structured and measured week to week.
Will speed training mess up my swing or accuracy?
The goal is not wild swinging. Liam will coach you through sequencing and mechanics so you build speed without losing balance or control. As your speed ceiling rises, your “normal” swing often feels easier and more repeatable.
How is progress measured?
You’ll track key numbers using the GCQuad Launch Monitor. That means you can see genuine improvement rather than guessing.
What’s included in the price?
Four coached 60-minute sessions, range balls in every session, structured overspeed protocols, and ongoing feedback so you can train effectively between weeks.
Do I need my own speed sticks?
No. You can take part without owning your own set. If you want to maximise results by training between sessions, there will be a special discount available on your own set of speed sticks.
What if I have a niggle or previous injury?
Give us a call on 01346 510693 before booking. We’ll advise if this programme is suitable right now, or if an alternative approach would be better.
How do I book?
Click the Book Now button to secure your place online. You can also book in-store at Dunes Golf Centre or over the phone on 01346 510693.
What happens after the Early Bird deadline?
Early Bird pricing ends at midnight (UK time) on 20 March 2026. After that, the programme is £129 for all four weeks (subject to availability).
