Our Golf Playmakers take care of the games, equipment and activities while you enjoy the occasion. Children do not need their own clubs or any golfing experience. We adapt the challenges to the age and ability of the group so everyone has a chance to shine.

THE 90-MINUTE EXPERIENCE
Three parts. One brilliant party.
A typical party moves through three different experiences, keeping the children interested and involved from start to finish.
First 45 minutes

Toptracer games
Fun games such as Go Fish, Closest to the Pin and Long Drive on our covered Toptracer range, guided by our Playmakers.
Next 30 minutes

Food and cake
Time for the party food in our café. You are welcome to bring a birthday cake for the children to enjoy together.
Final 15 minutes

Simulator finale
Finish with lively indoor games such as Ten Pin Putting and Balloon Pop for one last burst of party fun.
The order and timing may be adapted slightly to suit the age and size of the group.

Saturday afternoons are our most popular choice
Saturday parties can usually start from 1pm, with the latest start time at 2.30pm. During school holidays, Tuesday to Friday dates may also be available.

How far in advance should I enquire?
We recommend getting in touch at least two to four weeks in advance. We will always try to accommodate shorter-notice enquiries when availability allows.
Does my child need to have played golf before?
No. The parties are suitable for complete beginners as well as children who already enjoy golf. Our Playmakers adapt the games for the group.
What ages are the parties suitable for?
Our golf parties are designed for children aged 4 to 12.
Do the children need clubs or equipment?
No. Clubs, golf balls and all the equipment needed for the activities are provided.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The party can still go ahead. We use covered and indoor facilities, including our Toptracer range and indoor golf simulator.
Can we bring a birthday cake?
Yes. You are welcome to bring a birthday cake for the children to enjoy during the food break.
Can parents stay during the party?
Yes. Parents can watch the activities or relax in our café while the children are supervised by our Golf Playmakers.
Can you accommodate dietary or additional needs?
Yes. Tell us about dietary requirements, accessibility needs or any additional support when you enquire, and we will discuss how we can help.
Does submitting the form confirm the booking?
No. It sends us your preferred date and party details. We will check availability and contact you within 24 hours. Once the details are agreed, a deposit of £5 per child secures the booking.
